Terms of Service for clients
Archived version. This is the text in force from 23 to 24 September 2026. The current version.
Correction (25 September 2026). The company named below as FrameDrop, Inc. is Magic Image Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901), which operates FrameDrop and Magic Gallery. Nothing else in this text is changed.
You were photographed by a photographer who uses FrameDrop. Magic Gallery is the website their app uses to show you the photos, sell them to you and deliver them. These terms cover your use of this site and any purchase you make on it. They are written for the person in the photos; the photographer's own terms are here.
Last updated: 23 September 2026. Operated by FrameDrop, Inc. (“FrameDrop”, “we”). Contact: framedroppro@gmail.com.

1. Accepting these terms
By opening a gallery link, typing your email on this site, or paying for anything here, you accept these terms and confirm you have read the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site; you can still ask the photographer for your photos directly. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live to buy anything here; a parent or guardian may buy on a minor's behalf.
2. Your gallery
The link is the key. A gallery address is a long random code. Anyone who has the link can open the gallery, so share it only with people you want to see the photos. We do not ask you for a password and we do not create an account for you.
How long it stays up. A gallery is a way to receive your photos, not a place to keep them. Galleries come down after a while (the page says when). If you pay to keep a gallery online, it stays for the period you chose, counted from the day you paid. Save the photos you have bought to your own device.
Previews. Until a photo is bought or was already given to you, the gallery shows a reduced, watermarked preview. Previews are for choosing, not for use.
Offline galleries. When a gallery's time has run out you can ask the photographer to put it back; we email you if it returns. We may take any gallery down, move it or delete it at any time, for example when the photographer asks, when a person in the photos asks, or when we must under section 8.
3. Who you are buying from
Every gallery says who the seller is, and your receipt repeats it. There are two cases.
- The photographer's own shop. The photographer is the seller. Payment is taken by Stripe on the photographer's own Stripe account and the photographer's name appears on your card statement. FrameDrop provides the site and delivery and is not a party to the sale.
- FrameDrop's shop. Where the photographer has not opened their own shop, FrameDrop is the seller of record, selling the photographer's photos on their behalf and passing them their share. FrameDrop's name appears on your statement. The photographer remains the copyright holder and the person who took the photo.
In both cases these terms apply, the photographer keeps the copyright, and the licence in section 5 is what you receive.
4. Prices, payment and tax
Prices are set by the photographer and shown before you pay, in the currency shown. Where tax applies it is included in, or shown with, the price before you confirm. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number. Your order is accepted when the payment is confirmed and the download screen appears. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before delivery; if that happens you will be offered the corrected price or a full refund.
5. Delivery and your licence to the photos
What you get. Every photo you pay for, full size, without the watermark, as the photographer delivered it. Photos already given to you on the day appear unwatermarked as well.
When. Download links appear the moment your payment is confirmed, and again every time you open your gallery link while it is online. Each link works for seven days from the moment it is shown; opening the page makes fresh ones.
Your licence. The photos are yours to keep, print, share and post for personal, non-commercial use, without time limit and anywhere in the world. The photographer keeps the copyright. Selling the photos, licensing them to others, using them in advertising or to promote a business, or claiming them as your own work needs the photographer's written permission. You may not remove the photographer's name or metadata from a file to pass it off as someone else's.
Album and “keep this website” purchases are licences of the same kind for the whole set, plus hosting for the period bought.
6. Refunds and the right of withdrawal
Digital photos. Files cannot be returned, so a purchase of downloads is final once the files have been shown to you. If a file cannot be delivered, is corrupt, or is not the photo you paid for, write to the photographer or to framedroppro@gmail.com within 30 days and it will be replaced or refunded.
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK. You normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, that right is lost once delivery has begun with your express agreement. When you press Pay, you expressly ask us to deliver the files at once and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download screen appears. For “keep this website” purchases the service starts immediately at your request; if you withdraw within 14 days you are refunded the part of the period not yet used. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory guarantee that digital content conforms to what was described.
Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank for photos that were delivered, we may provide the bank with the delivery record. Please write to us first; it is quicker.
7. Prints and merchandise
Where the gallery offers printed products (prints, mugs, shirts and similar), the product page names the seller and the fulfilment partner, and prices include what is stated. Because such products are made to order with your photos, they are personalised: EU, EEA and UK consumers do not have the 14-day right of withdrawal for them. Products that arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered are replaced or refunded if you tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. Delivery times are estimates. Title passes to you on delivery; risk of loss passes when the parcel is handed to you.
8. Photos of you, and your rights
You are in these photos. Regardless of anything else in these terms:
- You may ask at any time that your photos be taken off this site and out of the photographer's app. Reply DELETE to any email from the photographer, use the delete button on the unsubscribe page, or write to framedroppro@gmail.com. Deletion from our systems is complete within 24 hours except for backups, which roll off within 14 days, and records of paid orders, which we must keep for tax reasons without your email address.
- Your photos are never used to advertise anything to anyone but you, and are never licensed to anyone else, unless you have separately and expressly agreed to that in writing. Merchandise showing you is only ever offered to you.
- Face grouping, if the photographer uses it to find your photos on the day, runs on the photographer's phone and no face data leaves it. See the privacy policy.
- Where the law where you live gives you rights in your image or your data that these terms cannot take away, those rights stand.
9. Emails from the photographer
You may receive: a delivery email, one email when your gallery is online, and, if you gave your address at a sale, a small number of follow-up emails from that photographer about your photos. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all further email from that photographer. We do not send you marketing of our own and we do not give your address to anyone else.
10. Acceptable use
Do not try to reach galleries that were not shared with you, remove watermarks, scrape the site, interfere with its operation, or use the site for anything unlawful. Do not upload or submit anything that is not yours to submit. We may block access from a device or address that does these things.
11. Intellectual property
The photos belong to the photographer. The site, its software, design, and the Magic Gallery and FrameDrop names and marks belong to FrameDrop or its licensors. Nothing here transfers them. If you believe a gallery infringes your rights, write to framedroppro@gmail.com with the gallery link, what is infringed, and how to reach you; we act on valid notices promptly and pass them to the photographer.
12. What we do not promise
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available at all times, free of errors, or that any gallery will stay online for any particular period beyond one you have paid for. We are not the photographer and make no promise about the photos' artistic quality, or that a photo of you exists. For consumers in the EU, EEA or UK: nothing in this section removes the rights you have by law, including the guarantee that paid digital content conforms to its description.
13. Liability
To the extent the law allows, FrameDrop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data you did not save, or loss caused by things outside our control, and our total liability to you for anything connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intent or gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you. In the United States, some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14. Law and disputes
Talk to us first. Most problems are fixed in a day. Write to the photographer, or to framedroppro@gmail.com, and we will try to resolve it within 30 days.
Consumers in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland. These terms are governed by the law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. Nothing here takes away protection you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
Everyone else. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we cannot settle informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, by video or in the county where you live, and the Federal Arbitration Act applies. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and FrameDrop each waive any right to a jury trial and to take part in a class or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing framedroppro@gmail.com within 30 days of your first purchase, with your name and the email you used.
15. Changes, contact, the rest
We may change these terms. The version on this page applies; the date at the top says when it changed. A purchase is governed by the version shown when you paid. We may assign these terms to a successor of our business; you may not assign them. If a clause is unenforceable the rest stands. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and FrameDrop about this site. The photographer's sales to you are also governed by any terms the photographer shows you.
